The Program Center provides ample flexibility for a variety of meeting needs. The Program Center is comprised of a multi-purpose auditorium, three break-out rooms, and restrooms surrounding an outdoor courtyard.

The multi-purpose auditorium seats up to 800 people and comes equipped with a central sound system including a Mackie 32 channel sound board. The auditorium also comes complete with gymnasium carpet and is marked for basketball or volleyball. In addition, several ping-pong and foosball tables are available for your enjoyment.

Across the courtyard from the main auditorium are three meeting rooms, Program Center Rooms A, B, and C, with capacities for 100, 130, and 50 respectively. Program Center Rooms A and B each have pianos. In addition to being used as a seminar room, Room C may also be set up as a nursery. This room comes equipped with a child-size restroom and nursery equipment. Each meeting room can be equipped with an assortment of available audio-visual equipment.

Wireless Access in now available at the Program Center for the convenience of our guests. There is no charge for this service, but if you would like to make a contribution, we suggest giving a donation to the Kids 2 Camp Scholarship fund. Kids 2 Camp helps hundreds of young people experience a transforming week of camp each year.

Reservation Policies

Warm Beach Camp & Conference Center reserves the right to qualify all prospective users. Warm Beach Camp & Conference Center provides group rentals to non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, churches, educational organizations. The Camp is not able to serve private parties such as weddings and reunions. As an integrated auxiliary ministry of the Pacific Northwest Conference of the Free Methodist Church of North America, Warm Beach Camp & Conference Center abides by the doctrines and teachings of the Free Methodist Church of North America, as contained in the Free Methodist Church, Book of Discipline (latest edition). Groups, and Programs offered by guest groups, may not be in conflict with the doctrines contained in the Book of Discipline. Rules for acceptance and participation of guests in each group are the same for everyone without regard to sex, race, color, handicap, or nation of origin.
