Warm Beach Camp & Conference Center provides each group with their own meeting room(s) selected for the best mixture of size, convenience, and ambiance. Because there may be multiple groups on the Conference Center, meeting rooms are assigned six weeks in advance based upon the needs of everyone involved.
Meeting room usage is included in the per person price of your event, so you do not need to worry about a lot of extra "add-on" fees. Meeting rooms come furnished with a complimentary coffee bar, a wide range of audio/visual equipment, tables & chairs all carefully arranged according to your specifications. We recognize the importance of the meeting room for your goals to be accomplished!

Cedar Lodge is the landmark facility of Warm Beach Camp. The courtyard area is the crossroads of the conference center providing inviting areas for conversation or a spot to read a good book. Inside, the spacious lobby with massive hand hewn logs, frames an exquisite view of Puget Sound and the Islands beyond. A Receptionist is available during business hours to meet your needs, and help is never more than a phone call away with 24 hour on-call staff.
Each meeting room is equipped to provide a coffee/tea service and also opens to a common foyer where a central coffee bar may be arranged. A back-stage room provides for the flexibility of using Maple Center for concerts and dramatic performances. A snack preparation room complete with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and counter, insures that there's plenty of room for late night treats.
