Peaceful Paints: Guided Acrylic Canvas Paintings

11:45am-12:30pm (Seashore scene) and 4:00-5:30pm (Woodland scene) | 15 participants per class
Lori brings her business, Canvasly Chromatized, to us for two available acrylic painting classes! You do NOT need to know how to paint! This class is easy for beginners or the experienced! Canvases are lightly sketched for your ease to enjoy the peaceful process. Each class will be fully supplied and guided. You will leave with a finished painting.
Sunday Morning Mini-choir

Together, we’ll have fun breaking down and learning the melody and harmonies to the hymn, “Holy, Holy, Holy.” Previous singing experience/music reading is helpful but not necessary. We will provide the sheet music and instruction then put our parts together and present this song during communion on Sunday morning.

Just Give Me Jesus
Presenter: Kate Grennell
How do we find hope, regain our footing, and be COURAGEOUS with our faith, even when we fall short? Kate will share about her struggle with food addiction, battling unworthiness and guilt, and how God has allowed her to go through each trial so that she can point the triumph back to Him. Participants will be invited to a time for confession and healing, and called to be courageous - to enter into the great grace exchange and allow Jesus’ redemptive work on the cross to empower us as Christians to live vulnerably, love well, and mess up. The kind that wake up in the morning and say “just give me Jesus”
Joy for the Journey: Choosing to find Joy every

Hear one woman’s story about choosing joy and the ripple effect it had on those around her. Learn some practical ways to recognize and record the little things in life that bring you joy and how this practice can affect your life and those around you. In this class, you will make your own joy jar & notecards. No creative/crafty gene needed!

This Mom to five, pastor's wife, writer, and speaker will share a bit of what she has learned in 22 years of marriage and ministry. Join us as we dive into giving God our best even when we feel unqualified and especially when we are worn out.
From Trauma to Peace - A Healing Journey

Healing from trauma starts with forgiveness, but requires so much more. Trauma affects us physically, mentally and spiritually. Healing at all three levels is required to make us whole again. Pat Hernandez, a sister in Christ and trauma survivor, will share about her healing journey and what she has learned in order to help you take the next steps in your own healing process.

Self Guided Prayer Walk
Individual activity, available anytime throughout the weekend.
Refocus and refresh your relationship with Christ through this interactive experience. Starting in the Prayer Chapel, you’ll get a map and detailed instructions. Each of the seven stations around camp will introduce another aspect of prayer with a practical, interactive activity. You will draw closer to God through Intercession, Thanksgiving, Meditation, Praise, Confession, Worship, and Praying Scripture.
Spa Room (variety of spa services/extra fee)
Join us for some relaxation and rejuvenation. Reflexology, chair massage, and paraffin hand dips will be offered for a small fee. Please sign up Saturday morning between 8:00am and lunch at the reception desk in Cedar Lodge Lobby
Saturday Morning Walk
Facilitator: Mary Pat Sullivan
A gentle morning wake-up walk through the beautiful main campus grounds and the Bluff Trail. A couple times along the way we’ll stop to explore a closer look at God’s creation (which flowers are blooming?) and at the “peak-a-boo” views of Port Susan Bay. Distance: halfway is about 1/2 mile; whole walk is about 1 mile.
Sunday Morning Walk
Facilitator: Mary Pat Sullivan
A reflective walk in the fresh spring air. Head from the main campus down the hill to the horse stables, to the Dike Trail, and to Port Susan Bay tidal flats. A couple short reflective ideas based on the Refresh Women’s Event theme, "Wholly Loved," will be shared. Distance: early exit is about 3/4 mile; whole walk is about 1-1/4 mile.
